1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using WassupFPL ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
WassupFPL is an AI-powered notification and competitive platform for Fantasy Premier League (FPL) managers. We provide:
- Smart Notifications: Custom deadline reminders (24h, 2h, 1h, 30m), squad-specific injury alerts, and fixture kick-off notifications.
- AI YouTube Summaries: Automated bullet-point summaries of key tips and picks from subscribed FPL YouTube channels.
- Team Optimization & Insights: AI-powered captain recommendations, advanced xP algorithms, and Fixture Difficulty Ratings (FDR) with xG/CS probabilities.
- H2H Match Helper: Opponent profiling and strategy analysis for Head-to-Head mini-leagues.
- Community & Competition: Access to the WassupFPL Community Leaderboard and WassupFPL Duels, a skill-based competitive matchup platform.
WassupFPL is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the official Fantasy Premier League or the Premier League.
3. Account Registration & One Account Policy
3.1 Account Creation
You must create an account using Google authentication (Clerk). You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
3.2 One Account Policy
Users are strictly limited to one (1) account per person. The creation of multiple accounts to "farm" Duel points, manipulate matchmaking, or gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
Penalty: Users found using multiple accounts will be permanently banned, and all points or rewards associated with those accounts will be forfeited.
3.3 Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use the notification services. To participate in WassupFPL Duels involving entry fees or prizes, you must meet the age of majority in your jurisdiction (typically 18+).
4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds
4.1 Plans
We offer Free, Pro (Monthly/Seasonal), and Founder (Lifetime) plans. Features for each plan are detailed on our pricing page.
4.2 Free Trial
Pro plans may include a 1-month free trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial period to avoid being charged.
4.3 Payments & Rakes
Payments are processed via Stripe. For participation in Duels, entry fees or "Duel Credits" are non-refundable once a matchup has been initiated.
4.4 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Please contact support@wassupfpl.com within 30 days of your initial purchase to request a refund.
5. WassupFPL Duels (Skill-Based Competition)
5.1 Nature of Competition
WassupFPL Duels are games of skill. Outcomes are determined by the statistical performance of FPL players and the managerial decisions of the users.
5.2 Matchmaking & Fairness
Matchups are assigned randomly to ensure fairness and prevent collusion. Any attempt to coordinate with other users to "fix" a Duel outcome will result in an immediate and permanent ban. We monitor IP addresses and behavioral patterns to detect fraudulent activity.
6. WhatsApp Communications
6.1 Message Types
By providing consent, you agree to receive the following via WhatsApp:
- Deadline and Fixture alerts
- AI-generated YouTube and Press Conference summaries
- Squad-specific injury updates and FDR reports
- H2H strategy insights and Duel-related notifications
6.2 Opting Out
You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any WhatsApp message or disconnecting your number in the account settings. To resume, reply "START".
7. Third-Party Services
7.1 FPL Data & YouTube
We rely on the official Fantasy Premier League API and YouTube's platform. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or reliability of data provided by these third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WassupFPL shall not be liable for any losses resulting from:
- Errors or downtime in the official FPL API
- Decisions made based on AI-powered suggestions or YouTube summaries
- The performance of your FPL team in external leagues or Duels
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately for any breach of these Terms, including but not limited to violating the One Account Policy or attempting to automate the Service using unauthorized bots.
